The Mystery Tea Co. wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We guarantee our products for quality and freshness. The Mystery Tea Co. does not accept returns on items. However, if your order contains any discrepancies due to an error on behalf of The Mystery Tea Co., we will accept full responsibility and any unopened product may be exchanged. We want you to be happy and will replace an item with another selection, or, issue a gift card.
